Graduating with a BA in English (concentration in creative writing) and a minor in Communication has given me a solid foundation to jump-off from into my journey to become an English teacher. This blog has three purposes: to let my growth in my teaching abilities and my mission statement be transparent, to track and be reflective on my practices, and also, to receive my Masters of Arts in Teaching from Seattle Pacific University. Just a few things I will say about myself: I am fed by passion, I take pride in helping people help themselves: facilitation, I need balance but can handle deep swings of life’s pendulum.
